How much higher must fuel prices soar out of control before we the motoring public decide it's time to fight back? In late 2003 a small group of American Truckers committed themselves to forming a National Association that would unite American truckers for the purpose of standing against the high fuel taxes and soaring fuel prices, legislation that harms the trucking industry, and poor service in retail establishments. Even though Trucker's Boycott Association (TBA) continues to grow, the gouging of the American motorist continues. When truckers pay more for fuel, we the consumer have to pay more for everything we purchase. The results are devastating to our personal budgets and to the American economy. It is apparent to the members of TBA that our politicians are now helpless to control the power of O.P.E.C. and the oil companies! In a world where the law of supply and demand rules, we the people must STAND TOGETHER to have a major affect on the demand for fuel. TBA's approach is simple and effective. Boycotting major oil companies one at a time will be the method used to gain control of the energy prices in this country. TBA is your advocate in dealing with retail establishments who give poor service. When the retailers begin to gouge the trucker, we will bring it to your attention. After attempts fail to rectify the problem, we will call for a boycott of that establishment.
Ladies and gentlemen, we are a mobile nation and our very existence depends on our ability to move about without the cost of fuel stifling our lifestyle, our independence and our freedom. Unless we stand together now, our lifestyles will continue to quickly erode. Trucker's Boycott Association has opened it's membership to the entire motoring public.
